Interview with Laura Haraka, SEP, MA

Laura, founder of Feel to Heal (feeltoheal.live) and pain coach, interviews Evelyn on why people experience persistent pelvic pain and other distressing pelvic symptoms — and the science behind how these patterns can be reversed and rewired alongside appropriate medical care.

Laura was first introduced to modern pain science and neuroplasticity as a participant in our 2016 research study, though she didn’t initially embrace the approach. Years later, after experiencing its impact firsthand, she now integrates and promotes these same mind-body principles in her work.
